Another added bonus is that 55 Yards also has a bottle shop, so if you find something new that you like you can buy a bottle to take home with you too. With some of the biggest TV screens we have seen in Newquay this is definitely a good location to catch any sporting event you wish to see.
If you’re looking for a night on the town, why not head to Dead Famous. This rock inspired, L.A style liquor-fuelled late lounge has a wide variety of entertainment on offer. With live music frequently on and other live events scheduled throughout the year, it’s never quiet at the Dead Famous.
Situated next to us, The Fort Inn enjoys stunning views over the coast, it is a welcoming pub that caters for all members of the community. They have pool tables and always show the latest Football games. The Fort is a lovely place to spend an afternoon sitting in the summer sun.
The Griffin is a family run pub and has been under the same ownership since 1991. They offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and do a delicious carvery on a Sunday.
The Red Lion is a wonderful pub just at the end of Fore Street. It has beautiful sea views over the harbour and ocean and is a very popular pub with the locals. The food is delicious and the staff are wonderful.
Toast Café and Wine Bar offers a unique take on your restaurant and bar scene in Newquay. By day, this lovely establishment is a café that serves a variety of food from their menu. By evening this sophisticated bar offers a variety of tapas style dishes to enjoy alongside a cocktail or two.
Another great place to go out for drinks this high end speak easy bar situated at the top of town serves a premium range of Cocktails and Coffee with a unique and extensive range of Spirits, Wines, Beers and Cider. At Tom Thumb they keep things alive and fresh, most of their vermouths are made in house and a lot of the herbs they use are grown at an allotment offsite.
