Heading west on the A30 (from the Bodmin direction) at the A39 exit, follow the signs for Wadebridge. Continue along the A39 to the first roundabout and take the second exit signed for Newquay and the A392. Continue along the A392 for approximately 6 miles to the Trevemper roundabout. Take the second exit onto Trevemper Road. Continue straight through the first roundabout and follow this to the top of the hill. At this roundabout continue straight over. After approximately 300m turn right at Hope Terrace. Follow the street straight down ignoring the road bearing to the right and go past Sainsburys car park. At the T junction turn left and the property will be around 150m down on your right, immediately before the Fort Inn public house.
